Stand Tall is a national movement dedicated to inspiring hope, building resilience, and empowering young Australians to make positive life choices. Through large-scale events, school programs, and digital resources, we connect young people with speakers, stories, and strategies that help them navigate life’s challenges.

Our events and resources are designed for high school students (Years 7–12) but also benefit teachers, parents, carers, and youth workers who support them.

Stand Tall Australia began in 2012 with a simple idea — to create an event that would inspire young Australians to believe in themselves and make positive life choices. What started as a small gathering of students has grown into the largest youth wellbeing event in the country, bringing together thousands of high school students each year. Stand Tall was founded by three passionate school mums who saw the need for hope, encouragement, and practical tools in high schools.

Expect an action-packed program with inspiring keynote speakers, live music, performances, and real-life stories that challenge, encourage, and uplift. It’s high energy, real, and designed for today’s youth.
