Celebrate the start of Spring by making up your own Stand Tall team or joining the “Stand Tall Crew” team in the Manly Rotary Fun Run to help us raise funds to restore hope and inspiration to our youth.

Funds raised will support students to attend our Stand Tall Summer Camp 2022 at Landsedge!

We encourage school communities, families, social groups and individuals to come together to support Stand Tall to make a difference in young lives.

There are three Fun Run’s you can be a part of… 2km, 5km and 10km! Times differ for each race, see below for more details.

Rotary’s 2KM Fun Run and Walk

Run or walk with the kids and pram: It’s perfectly flat, and suitable for wheelchairs too. Enjoy the beach view as you amble along in your fancy dress with a fun-loving crowd, from The Corso to North Steyne Surf Life-Saving Club, and return

Rotary's 5km Fun Run and Walk

The 5km Run and Walk has great scenic sections, and includes a couple of short hill climbs on the way ‘out’ to get the heart pumping (but don’t worry: you’ll be going downhill on return!). As with the 10km Run, we’ve updated your route this year – so you’ll first go down The Corso to the Manly ferry terminal, then along the East Esplanade pathway around North Harbour to The Manly 16 Ft Skiff Club, where you’ll go up the first of two short hill climbs – to Addison Road, and from there, up Darley Road as far as the entrance to ICMS’s garden grounds. Once through ICMS you’ll walk/run through tree-lined streets to Shelley Beach, and the ocean-front pathway from there back to the Finish line. Uplifting? It couldn’t be better!

Rotary’s 10km Runners Challenge

Your route will take you down The Corso to the Manly ferry terminal, and around North Harbour on the East Esplanade pathway to The Manly 16 Ft Skiff Club. You’ll then begin the first of two climbs, to Addison Road; and then, up Darley Road all the way to North Head. You’ll be challenged, as you’ve said you’ve wanted; but this section will take in some of the best scenery Sydney has on offer. From North Head you’ll track back through Sydney Harbour Federation Trust’s Memorial Walkway, bushland, ICMS’s stately garden grounds, and then finally the beachfront pathway from Shelley beach to the Finish line: a great morning out!
